May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Awareness Month is observed in May each year to promote mental health education, reduce stigma, and encourage support for those affected by mental health conditions. It was established in 1949 by Mental Health America and includes various activities and themes aimed at raising awareness and advocating for better mental health care. Make sure you check in on your friends, family, neighbors and co-workers. It could make a world of a difference!
