Career day was a huge success! Last Friday, our middle schoolers were able to choose from a list of over fifty careers ranging from a business owner to an emergency manager, from doctors to engineers, from a sports journalist to a cosmetologist. Thank you all for taking time from your busy schedule to talk to our students about your job and the education and skills that are required in each of your careers.
We want to thank Mary Uhrig, Amy Brown and Laurie Friedman, HSA career day committee and Matt Eliser, SHMS's 6th grade guidance counselor for organizing this event. In addition, Stephen Browne, a middle school parent, and his team helped with scheduling over 900 students with the presenters based on the survey they took during class.

Thursday, March 30, will be the last day to bring in your coins for the Coin Challenge. Final count will be announced after spring break. Which connections class, from each grade, will collect the most coins?
Don't forget next week is spring break! Enjoy this time off and we will see you all back in April!
