Dear SHMS HSA families,

A few announcements:

First and foremost, our monthly HSA meeting will be this Thursday, March 16 at 6pm - 6:45pm in the SHMS Library. Note the time change. We adjusted the time for this meeting due to a Naviance info session at the high school library at 7pm. Since Naviance is something our students will be using throughout their high school career for college and career readiness, we thought our parents would be interested in attending.

The Coin Challenge has begun and the bottles are filling up! We love hearing the competitive spirit between classes! Will your connections class win a party of their choice at the end of this fundraiser? We are collecting your loose change in order to raise money to purchase 3-4 benches for the outside of the middle school. Bring what you can. Every cent counts.

Do not forget to order your yearbooks before March 17. Use this link to purchase.

Flannel pj pants came in last week and were delivered to your child's connections teacher. Please give the teachers a couple of days to pass them out. If you purchased other spirit wear items or gym shirts you can pick them up at the front office at your earliest convenience.

With the gym classes starting, your child may go to the front office to purchase gym shirts. They are $5 each. Cash or Check (payable to SHMS) accepted.

Pre-order a commemorative Shrek The Musical Playbill

Between March 15 - 31 you can pre-order a commemorative copy of the 2023 SHMS Shrek the Musical Playbill!

Proceeds will benefit the SHMS Musical Fund for the 2023-2024 school year.

Payment must be made when placing order.

Playbills will be delivered to school 3 weeks (or earlier) after April 25th.
